Non-Locking Doors
Our playhouses are constructed with none-locking doors. Doors are designed to close with ball snaps so nobody ever gets locked inside.

Delivery:
We offer several possibilities for delivery of your new playhouse and on site set up.
- Fully Assembled:
If your site is accessible, our professionals use trucks and trailers designed specifically to place your playhouse just where you want it. If your site isn’t accessible, we can deliver a fully assembled unit and the playhouse can be positioned with a rented crane. - Modular Kit:
If your site is not accessible by truck, we can deliver the playhouse as a modular kit. - Built On Site:
Our professionals can also come to your location and assemble your playhouse kit on site. Please call for rates. Available Within Limited Service Area.

50% deposit at the time of order. Balance prior to loading product for shipping.
Freight:
All shipments are FOB Factory at New Holland, PA 17557. Goods damaged or missing in transit should not be accepted until the transportation company agent has noted the nature and extent of the damage.
Return Policy:
All returns must be authorized by Homestead Structures in advance and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Warranty Details:
Homestead Playhouse Collection warrants our homes for a period of one year from the date of purchase to repair or replace, at our option, any part of defective material or workmanship. This warranty specifically excludes any labor incurred for replacement. We disclaim liability for any dealer or customer alterations, repairs or assembly, normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from misuse or abuse. Routine inspections, maintenance and play supervision are the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure a hazard free play environment. Homestead Structures reserves the right to examine photographs or physical evidence of merchandise claimed to be defective. We reserve the right to improve, alter, or discontinue specifications and designs without notice.
